Scrolling active banner windows?

Not sure what to call these but they are like active header images that can be linked. Seems like a lot of nice clean sites are using them. Here is a good example - http://i.tv/ -

Just wondering if anyone is working on such a plug in made from Javascript for stacks?

I'll 'bump' this because I would like to know if something like this exists as well. As for me, I would also like the images to be 'clickable'.

You can do this kind of Flash banner with Bannerzest Pro, and make the images clickable (the latter requires the Pro version). A few themes have Bannerzest built in.
