Thanks Joe, I'm actually performing this in a WebYep CMS page. I tried the option you posted, but it only takes me to the website, it does not invoke Lightbox.
I thought though that the " # " was a link to an anchor?

Yes. This syntax is for anchors but can also be used for several other things. Depending on the particular lightbox that you are using, its commonly used for that as well. My Lightbox Stack uses this.

You should be able to hit the lightbox with a url like this...
http://mysite.com/index.html#lightbox
