Hi,

The cartloom folks were kind enough to help me with some css to change the text link "view cart" to an image link.

I've seen that several people have been looking for how to do this so I thought I'd post the solution.

Here it is:
[a href="#" title="viewcart" class="ydcl-viewcart"][img src="http://www.yoursite.com/image.png"][/a]

all you have to do is substitute for the img src the location of the image you want to use. In the attachment you can see the cart image in the upper left corner.

Cartloom 2.0 is really woking well on my site, and I also recommend the RWT estore stacks, which I use on my homepage. Just don't forget to uninstall the JS for the original cartloom cart or the new JS will not show up in your stacks list.

I was having trouble with people not being able to figure out the slideout cart, this seems like a good solution.

BTW the small ratings box is a widget from ratepoint, which has been very good for sales since we installed it.

    Hi Lisa,

Love what you've done with the mix of plugin's. I saw your other post and think that I will try to arrange my CartLoom pages in a similar way - hope you're not gonna do for for copryright infringement!! :)

I was wondering, if you have the time, can you go through the sequence step by step for making to following page? I already have all the plugins but am struggling to get the new CartLoom 2.0 to work??

Thanks gain for your ideas, I'm sure they have been utilised and helped others.

Updating this old post: as the original answer doesn't work / isn't 100% clear.

This answer is correct (just did it & tested it).
On the links page: URL set to "#".
In the Custom Attributes section: put "Class" in the LH column. put "ydcl-viewcart" in the RH column.

Your link should look like this:
    http://s3.amazonaws.com/entp-tender-production/assets/2f199abbad868d9ef3c3ad1017cc6a17ffb77574/CartLoomButton.png?AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAISVUXXOK32ATONEQ&Expires=1335860426&Signature=LZxP3cvO5JzI+SohLeoLyHyUr7w=

(credit: from a your head support chat, not from me!).

    Cheers,
