Inherited a site - missing a stack..

David DelMonteDavid DelMonte Washington DC and Skopelos, Greece.Posts: 349Members
Hi all, I've inherited a web site to look after and the developer (who is out of touch) has given me a list of plugins and stacks.

I've found everything but this one:

Joe Workman's RSS JS Stack..

I cannot find a stack by this name at Joe's site.

Does it ring a bell with anyone?

Many thanks

Thanks guys. I picked up the RSS Stack.

I was and still am getting this error:

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../rw_common/plugins/stacks/simplepie.inc' (include_path='.:/usr/lib64/php:/usr/lib/php') in /home2/bohtechc/public_html/valerie/news/index.php on line 377

    Does this one seem familiar?

    Thanks again.

Are you trying to use the PHP stack? Do you have the .php extension on your page? If that not it, send a support request to support -at- joeworkman.net

Thanks Joe, yep, all the files are php files. Let me look a little more in the morning. If I can't figure it out, I'll contact you.. I have an idea that there may be some links to files on her old server that have not come across. I want to check that first.

    Thanks for your great response.

    David

ps.. just to be sure, that error would have come from one of your stacks?

Yes. That error is coming from my stack. You could always use the JS version as well. They both act the same way.
    Cheers,

okey doke. it's been a long day here on the right coast.. I'll pick it up in the morning. Thanks a ton for your help.

Re your comment "You could always use the JS version as well":

I now have the RSS JS and the RSS Fill Content Stacks (as well as others for other tasks).

Is that the one you meant?
