Hi Guys,
I am new here and looking to change my current site: http://virtualtours.es/en/index.htm over to Rapidweaver.
Some of the themes I see are perfect but I have yet to see a theme or site running these tours, I suspect I have just not come across it yet.
My Idea is to have each tour open in a shadowbox when the client clicks to view a tour, this fades the background leaving the tour sitting nice for the client to navigate around with no disruptions to his or her eyes.

There are several Themes that supports this, you just need to look for the ones that have for instance prettyPhoto built in.
But sometimes can be a pain to work with flash and .xml files because of the paths and how they are constructed within RapidWeaver.
In this case I think that the best option would be to have your Tours in a folder in the Resources and in RW open the flash_gallery_interactive_images.html for instance as an External Site (iframe).
PS. I've downloaded your example but when I open the .html file nothing happens I can't see the Tour the reason I think as to do with the paths that are different from your HD and mine.
