RapidWeaver, Themes, Stacks, and Forms

I'm very new to RW. I'm building my first "real" RW site for a friend of mine. This duplicates a site I built for him in Freeway Pro. For a variety of reasons, I decided to give it a try in RW. I've chosen the built-in theme, Cameo. I like the simplicity of its layout and the fact that there are a great many variations to allow me to manipulate the colors and other variables, which makes it easier to replicate the existing site.

It's not a large site, only about 15 pages. I've also chosen to use Stacks. Almost all the pages are simple text and pictures with links. And Stacks gives me a great deal of freedom in the pages' layout. However, the site does have two pages with forms.

If I add the RW contact page, then all of the changes I made in the existing pages -- using the theme's variations after having begun with a stacks page and then having duplicated it for each of the new pages -- are gone and the contact page doesn't have any of the variations. I know that I could simply re-do the variations I made on this new contact page.

But I'm going to need another much more extensive form page as well and I don't know how to do that either. So I guess I have two questions:

1. Does anyone know of a good contact stack that I could use on a Stack page. That way, I could just duplicate the modified pages I have and drop the stack into it.

2. Does anyone know of a stack that would let me build a more complicated form. The form I want to build is at:

All help greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
Martin,

hmm, you can add html code into stacks, why not just clone the contact form completely?
also you could try working with an iframe.

    Hello again Martin :-)
You can always save a style. Go to one of the pages that has the changes you want to maintain, then go to the bottom of the Page Inspector and save a style, calling it what you want, by clicking the little 'cogwheel' icon. Then go to your forms page and apply the style you saved by clicking the little 'folder' icon. Like this:

Thanks so much for pointing this out to me, Paul. This will certainly do the trick.
    Thanks.
