The use of clean black and white in prism is very professional.
Your customers are going to love how interactive the site is. I was able to select my phone and prospective problem to see what it would cost to repair in a flash.
I noticed some of the slideshow items with a black background didn't quite match the background in the text area. That was distracting but I assure you, your customers won't be as anal as I am.
I didn't see a logo anywhere. My brain was searching the page for a "shape" to remember you by. I would suggest having something in the logo field at the top left as it would round out the openness of your sites "roof"
Last thing refers to SEO - your pages need names! Customers will have a much easier time finding you if google lets them. Try to shy away from page names like ".com/page09/page3.html" Go for ".com/iphone-repair/iphone4repair.html"
Your site looks fabulous and when my phone inevitably brakes, I'll be headed back to your site!
Well done. I'm suggesting you take a look at these SEO videos which will help in your site structure and naming the html files. As the previous post points out, this will have an effect on page rankings. The videos give you more information that I could if I wrote for a couple of hours here.
Since you are in a college town, find a photography student with a broken phone and trade a repair for some better shots of the store. The current images shout "snapshot" and don't convey professionalism that comes through in the rest of the site. I would have some headshots of the staff on the site too. That adds a bit to making it more personal for visitors.

A link to the site would help. Thanks!

EZ-Log - Electronic Logbook for CDL Drivers.
I still don't have a logo nor have I increased the professionalism of the About Us pics, still working on both of them.
Any further suggestions and/or critiques are warmly welcomed.
