Can anybody suggest a theme that can handle both Japanese and English. The main language has to be Japanese for those accessing the site here in Japan and English for those outside. I have been advised that animated text (flash!!!) is on its way out but, from what I have seen here in Tokyo, that doesn't seem to be the case here as yet. However, I guess I can do without it if necessary. I would have like to use it in the header maybe but I am not very knowledgable about such things.
Can somebody please advise me? Especially somebody who is familiar with Japanese trends. The site is for a women's religious congregation here in Tokyo. A basic site with several text style options, a photo gallery or so, movie clips, a contact form, maybe a blog in time when I get more familiar with RW itself. Basic right! But the Japanese-English part is a necessity.
