Javascript issue with UNITY THEME from NIMBLEHOST This has been solved.

I hope someone can help me sooner rather than later.
I've done some customization with this theme. I'm a newbie so I'm quite chuffed with what I've accomplished so far.
I've created a fading banner using some script provided by nimblehost. In preview it works great but once published, all I get is a blank container.
I thought maybe I had two many images, the max is 10 but I added 6 more, again it works fine in preview but not once published. So, I reduced it to about 5 images a page.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

The blank banner is where the javascript should be.
I hope someone can help soon. I've written to nimblehost but I'm hoping someone can get back to me faster, otherwise I won't be able to sleep and it's already 9:30 here in the UK.
