Any help here?

I have recently purchased RapidSearch Pro

I am sure I have followed all instructions but can't seem to log on to the Search Index Console.

I have created a search page ....

...but when adding files/admin.php get this error....

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',', expecting '(' in /homepages/18/d284841826/htdocs/probeplus/search/files/admin.php on line 38



I have an empty MySQL database set up on 1&1 and am using the following in the RapidSearch Pro settings.


Host name - db393580970.db.1and1.com - Port - 3316

Username - dbo393580970

Password - XXXXXXXXXX

Database - db393580970

Sitemap = /sitemap.xml

Anybody help?

Any glaring errors I can quickly rectify?

Did you get an answer? I just purchased RapidSearch Pro today and I am a 1and1.com customer and I am getting the same error message as you.

Thanks to NimbleHost! Problem resolved. You need to go into 1and1 Control Panel and upgrade to PHP version 5. Mine was on 4.
