I'm using RW 5.2.2, KleerR6, and Rapidalbum 1.3 ... all the latest. None of the templates work that have a lightbox feature. The slideshows work fine. But, that's not what I need. I swapped out the theme for Alpha and the lightbox feature worked fine. Verified that the three %@#$%% were in the Kleer index.html.
I expect that Kleer is using a javascript effect that clashes with what's used in RapidAlbum. That's just how it is with web design, you can't use everything with everything. I don't have Kleer, so can't tell you if there's anything that can be disabled or turned off in the Styles to allow that lightbox to work, you might need to look there.
I expect there are many plugins with lightboxes that work with Kleer, it might be a case that you have to choose between RapidAlbum and Kleer.
Thanks Karn. Rapidalbum is more important to me than the theme I use. Since I couldn't get Collage2 to work with IE9, Rapidalbum is the only option that I've found for an array type gallery with lightbox.
I could always iframe a Lightroom gallery. I'll play around with that.

I can't say for sure that it will work with Kleer, but Ultimate Gallery is a worthy substitute for Collage, with many options available.
This was done with Themeflood's ImageCaption and styled to look like Ultimate Gallery.

The only thing I miss with it is the ease of rearranging images that Collage offers. Both the drag and drop and warehouse version of Ultimate Gallery require more effort than Collage. I try to plan my sequencing in Adobe Bridge, so it is sorted out ahead of time. When using the warehouse version, I add a number to the front of my file name. If I want to add a new image after the fourth one, I use 4a to put one between 4 and 5.
Well done mimicry on the link you posted, @soonwai. Nice job.
@renad RapidAlbum used to (or apparently still does) use the same flags as a built-in RapidWeaver photo album page, which my themes use to trigger a lighbox effect in the built-in photo albums. I discussed this long ago with Scott and thought he was going to add his one flags unique to his plugin to avoid the conflict.
Anyhow, sounds like the issue is back or never left.
Didn't know about your Photo Album trigger for lightbox. Couldn't find it either in your manual for faq. All the lightbox types still don't work in RapidAlbum in Kleer. Photo Album's lightbox does work in Kleer. Cool.

Works fine. so try updating your plugins.
*edit* I should say that the update didnt work at first, I had to completely delete the plugin from my RW folder and reinstal the new one
Kleer has a problem.

I used it here: http://annawidmer.com/ (the Fine Art Portfolio)
And here: http://shirleypuwills.com/portfolio/
I selected different options for each of these.

The only thing I wished it had was a way to launch links instead of a lightbox like on this page:

I use Picasa for warehousing. A few reasons:
