Create Theme "Movie Album"

I just added a new page in Create Theme call "movie album".

I dragged a movie to to the page and I see the movie in preview mode. The movie does not play in preview mode. The size or footprint of the movie is also quite small.

I usually add videos to my web site with a Youtube embed, but was hoping to have the video reside only at my website, not youtube.

Does an instruction video exist on the web for creating "movie album" pages in RW?
