Mega Menu & a flexible height stack

On a new site I am creating I want it to be just one page and use Mega Menu stacks for all of the content. The content will be in the menu items and not a link to another page. Right now I have this setup for the menu stack: Mega Menu-Mega Content inside a FreeStack Fixed height stack, Freestack Header Plus inside a Freestack See Through. Then both of the bundles stacks are inside a Styled Inset Stack. The Fixed height stack was needed so that the menus would open to their full size. I tried changing a Z value but had no luck. What I would like to have is some stack that is flexible so that when the Mega Menu opens that it pushes the below content out of the way. The reason for doing this is that the page looks weird with a 500 px blank area that will be filled when one of the menus opens. I guess what I am looking for is an accordion effect that pushes the below content down when the menu opens. Is there a stack that would do this, I am up to changing the current stack arrangement to make this work? See the two attached images to see the closed and open states of the menu

I believe I seen your original question in the seyDesign Google Group about MegaMenu and the 'deployment' method you were wanting.

I'm not sure why you are placing the 'paw print' image in a FreeStack 'header' stack as the image would work fine in a stock image stack.?.

So you want the 'paw print' image to basically 'move' off the screen to speak, as the 'content' in MegaMenu (currently) appears on the page?

Another approach, could be to use Will Woodgate's TopBox Stack. It has a free demo version that you can test out, and allows you to add a 'class' to a link that triggers it. You could create your own 'buttons/nav' and use it to 'expose' the content over the 'paw print' image.

I've never seen your project file setup first hand and Charlie has a Google Group as well for users to ask questions as well.

The paw print is just a background in the Styled Insert Stack. I would still like to have the paw print in the background but covered up with the "opening of the menu". I would like the empty space under the menu to be "shorter" and then push down when the menu opens as can be seen in the open photo. This would push down the border and the space that is now created by the fixed height stack. I am willing to replace the inset and fixed height stack for something that works better. The idea comes from a theme called JAX that was created by Robbie White. Using Ajax the content would expand vertically down when a menu item was clicked. Since that theme is no longer available I am trying to create something like it using the Freestacks theme. I will check out TopBox, I might already have a demo version of it. I also am a member of Charlie's Google group. I never got an answer from the seyDesign Google Group before I figured out the problem I was having.

I actually commented a few times on the seyDesign group and Adam and I talked about the issue and I provided him with an option for your initial post. I don't recall if I posted that to the group, but I believe I did and suggested removing the header stack.

I never got them but maybe they sent after I unsubscribed the group. There were too many messages that didn't seem to have much to do with their products.
