Help with Blocks Box Theme and Stacks

I am using the blocks box 5 theme and creating a single page scrolling website. I am having an issue setting the "header" which is an image stack and the "footer" just the button on bottom left of the page to be fixed. I would also like the content to scroll behind the header, not in front of it. Are these things possible? Thanks for any help.

Any reason why aren't you using FreeStack theme?

No particular reason. Would using FreeStrack fix those problems?

Probably. Blocks box is very 1998ish. Blocks was great at one point, but Stacks is much more flexible and efficient. FreeStack is a kind of "freeform" Stacks template. I don't have personal experience with FreeStack, but I've heard many good things about it. Besides, the number of people using Blocks Box has to be very very small these days. If you want sustained help and inspiration, it's probably best to join the cool kids hanging out at FreeStack.
