Cu3er in Simplify Theme

I built a site using the Simplify theme and have the Cu3er 3D banner on two of my pages. Recently the Cu3er on my homepage has stopped working, while the second Cu3er is still functional. The only change I've made to the site in the past month is changing the copyright from '11 to '12.
