Gravity and Fluidity

Hi i really like it when a "FLUID" theme (like Gravity) rearranges everything to fit on the screen when i re-size the window, it's like magic.
My current attempt at a Gravity Web Site does exactly that http://www.timparsons.org.uk
But i noticed today that exactly same theme that is being promoted on the Nimblehost web site http://www.nimblehost.com/rapidweaver/preview/gravity/
had this FLUIDITY turned OFF, WHY would they do that ?.
Is FLUIDITY a proper word ? LOL, you know what i mean though, eh.

See my answer here. As far as the theme having responsive or mobile abilities turned on that is an option in the theme I believe which can be turned on or off.
Now i don't know if i need the "Mark 1" (NCD) theme or not , LOL.
