Importing Dateloom into TopBox Stack with Pluskit does not display calendar till user clicks

Hi all! Hope you can help:
I've got a Topbox stack that needs to popup a Dateloom calendar. I used Pluskit's @import((Calendar)), and while that works fine on a normal text page, when it is used in the Topbox content area it only pops up the header and footer of the Dateloom page. The user then has to select "Month" or "Week" or "Day" to have the calendar load.
The default view is set to "Month" on the Dateloom page, but it just doesn't seem to realize it's being viewed (so no default view) when it opens in a Topbox.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help!!
