Okay, I realize that RW keeps the site structure simple in the sidebar to permit rapid site development, but the folder (or directory structure) is largely invisible, so I would like some kind of option to see and edit the folder structure in the file sidebar too.
Even if it wasn't visible all the time, the ability to turn the folder view on or off would be fantastic. When the folders (or directories) are shown, I could rename the folders in the side bar and drag pages around between folders, and RW would keep all the page hierarchy, menus and links intact. This way I wouldn't have to do so much manual organizing and maintenance of the site structure, especially on larger sites.
When I add a new page, I could be given the opportunity to assign is to an existing folder (using a pulldown similar to the link tool), or use the default RW action of creating a new directory for each page. Maybe something like the attached where the related file folder appears (when in directory view) directly below the page it's linked from.
I would simply love this kind of power in RW!
Thanks!
