CSS to keep background and nav bar centered?

When zooming in/out on browser window, content area stays in center of screen and background(my logo) and nav bar slide across the top of the screen. Just want the background/nav to stay centered. Using the Minalicious theme by Will Woodgate. Here's my site: caseyhalestudio.com/
