Smart publishing

I have "Enable Smart Publishing" checked in the preference to RW 5 but when I will upload even small changes I can't see any options for that in the File Menu. I can only choose "Re-Publish All Files"
In the manual by Paul Bradtforth I read that Smart Publishing is an option
Any help for this problem ?

    Sorry for the trouble - I found the solution - The "Publish" icon in the left side
