Multiple usage of same stacks due to @import

Lets say you are making a separate footer page using bigfoot and also Header Helper or Letter Press. You plan on using PlusKit's @import function to place this footer into all existing pages. Question: If the existing pages are already using HH or LP are you doubling the usage of these stacks? If the answer is yes would it be better to not use the same stacks on a page you intend to @import into another?

The Bogfoot stack only affects the footer. The two are independent of each other.
