Polyphonic Built in Slideshow Not working when published

Hello everyone,

I'm struggling to get the Polyphonic theme built in slideshow to work on the site that I am developing.

The slideshow works perfectly in preview mode but does not work after it has been published.

The site that I am developing is www.healthfacilitation.co.uk

123-reg.co.uk is my web host.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem with my website www.leesuttonphotography.co.uk , I've contacted BrandonLeeThemeDesign but haven't received a reply as yet. Have you checked it in inspector? I've found this http://bltthemes.com/preview/rapidweaver/polyphonic/tutorials/banner_image/ and tried it, it hasn't worked but it may for you?

Hi Lee,

The 'built in slideshow' option is active in the inspector.

I've tried using a static banner image yesterday but that also hasn't worked for me either.

Not sure what's going wrong.

I think that it's likely to be an internal issue that BrandonLeeThemeDesign will have to look into and update the theme.

Hi Lee,

I received the following reply from Brandon that I am hoping you will find useful.

"You may want to ensure that your
image has lowercase, "jpg" at the end as the coding is very specific.
Moreover, it appears that only one slide image (slide_1.jpg) has been
published as you may want to try republishing your page and ensure
that the number of slides that you have is selected in the "Number of
Slides" page options. Please let me know if you have any further
questions. I'm happy to help."

I had been using Uppercase when I was naming my image files. After making the amendments and republishing the entire site, the slideshow appears to be working nicely.
