Custom Header?
Is it the home page where I fill in the Header so that Google will list my website with whatever name I decide, At the minute its just called index on Google.
Also, inside header there is the top and bottom section, is the bottom section, (Custom Header) going to be displayed on Google as the blue under lined title?

Add the description information in here and change the page title under general settings.
The custom header box is really used for adding things in the head of the site like links to other javascript files or css files.
