How to delay page showing loading content

I am using a Stack that loads in a database that shows all of the entries(1926 lines) when the page is loading. This problem is not going to be fixed so I am looking for a way to delay showing the loading page until everything is finished loading. Is there anyway to do this in Rapidweaver?
