FTP error with Photographos IV

Hi,

Tried publishing my site with the built in FTP and that did not work, so downloaded Cyberduck and am also still having issues, can anyone decipher this error message please:

Try deleting the files in your export folder, save your project, re-export the site and upload the site again.

Seems like it is not working because of folders not being created, this is one example:

/public_html/rw_common/themes/photographos_two/styles.css: No such file or directory

There are many instances like this, different folder names. Is this a case of inferior programming or other issues?

Been trying to upload the site for 5 days, extremely frustrating to say the least.
