Backup DVD to the new iPad

This is a shared thread.
To begin with, you need a DVD to iPad ripper/converter
step1: Launch the program and load DVD by clicking "DVD" from your DVD Disc or DVD from HardDisk.
step2: Select iPad as the output format. You can also specify profiles by the new iPad or iPad 2.
step3: Browse to set a path to store the converted video.
step4: Rip or convert begins.
At last, you need to sync the converted DVD to iPad via iTunes.
