We have listened to ALL your suggestions and we decided to create a completely new and more powerful plugin to embed Google Maps in your RapidWeaver project.

Some tips:

- Use Search location to automatically drop a pin on desired address.
- Drop a pin on desired location by clicking directly on the map with right button
- Remove a pin from the map by clicking with right button
- Double-click a group in the list to zoom on all pins in the group
- Double-click a pin in the list to zoom on it

Fantastico! Would be nice if more than one map can be accessed on the same page. I"m putting together a map of places to study in the U.S. and in Europe and in Japan. I would like to be able to have a map of all three by just clicking through from one to the other.

What do you mean by in conjunction?
When you click on a pin, it opens a lightbox window?
At the moment, pin click supports labels and urls only.
Anyway you could trigger a lightbox window using the url option.
Something like

[removed]put_your_lightbox_trigger_function_here();

EDIT: replace "[removed]" with "javascript" followed by ":", this forum stripped my code.

I think it would be possible.
Some custom work needed to hide the map layer with CSS and show it with lightbox.

PlusKit breaks a lot of things, especially when importing pages that requires resources via javascript.
We will take a look at this problem.

There is a persistent problem in Edit mode. It works fine for a few pins but for no reason I will add a pin enter the data, name, lat/lon and the pin will not respond to the entered data but when is switch to Preview mode the pin is in the correct location with the correct data.

I just bought version 1 and then I discoverd that a new version is coming. Do I have 5 Euro mor the new version?

I downloaded the new beta and the projects. When I try to open the projects I can an error warning that some omnidea plugins are old and cannot open the project.

I cannot find a proper documentation. So I cannot find out how I can draw lines between places.

Yes - thanks Matthias - that's exactly what I meant. For those that don't know, Google recently changed the X-FRAME-OPTIONS which in turn broke Google Maps from being displayed inside of a lighbox. I would love to have the map shown on [a href="http://www.georgiamri.com/our-locations/locations1.html" target="_blank"]this page[/a] be more of a button that expands into a Google Map inside a lightbox.

BTW - with help from other RapidWeavers, I was able to figure out how to get Google Maps to work inside of prettyPhoto again - as seen on [a href="http://www.georgiamri.com/our-locations/athens.html" target="_blank"]this page[/a] (click, "For Printable Directions..."
