How to use MagicBox Close button

Hello all,

I am stuck.

I am using a stacks page with the MagicBox stack that contains a form loom Jr stack in it.

I have figured out everything except the close button in the top right, it does not work at all.

I have tried the devs site but his instructions are very confusing.

Edit* the close button I am talking about is part of MagicBox not form loom jr.

once on his site you can click get started to read his instructions Maybe I am just a fool!!!

    The problem was fixed by changing the z position of the close button on the site.

    You're right the instructions are pretty confusing. I am running into the same problem, but I still cannot get the close button to work. Also I only want the box to show up when someone clicks on a button for it, much like he has on several of his example but I cannot find a way of doing that. I followed his instructions but the box still doesn't show up when the button is clicked. Any help would be much appreciated. The site I am working on is www.abtlive.org

    As far as the close button not working make sure that under the stack settings for the magic box (plus) stack you have the option on the bottom as high as possible.

    and I will have to check my file and get back with you about how i set up the button.

    Hi

    There seems to be some problems to add a selfmade link to trigger the MagicBox to open or close.
    I tested it and this is the result to trigger the MB:
    add custom attribute: name id and value activator1 (1 is the id from your MagicBox)
    Go to the HUD and add inside the inputfield Xtra Open link (from MagicBox stack) exactly this:
    ,#activator1

    This will trigger the MB to open

    Same for closing MB
    add custom attribute: name id and value close1 (1 is the id from your MagicBox)
    Go to the HUD and add insite the inputfield Xtra Open link (from MagicBox stack) exactly this:
    ,#close1

    By the way: i'm working on all of my stacks including the MB to make them easier to use and optimized for stacks 2
    I will see if i can do something to make it easier to use. The update will be announced on the forum.
