NCD O Mega Theme Menu problem

I'm rather new to web design and have put together a site using Rapidweaver and the Omega theme from NCD.
Pretty good theme but I'm concerned about the menu position and look (it's a bit under stated !).
It's tucked away right at the top of the page and becomes unusable once someone scrolls down.
Is there anyway I can improve upon this without getting into stuff I really don't understand.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a look: working great on safari.
I was going to suggest that you add a second menu bar at the bottom of the page: that's standard & users expect it.
But, then I saw you had a menu at the bottom of the page.
So, are you all sorted?
(liking the look of your site btw: when finished, stick it up in the 'Site Critique' section for feedback / ideas from the community!).
