Gothic-Theme and IE7

Hello,
Im using Gothic Theme by Rapid-Ideas.
I've got some problems after inserting a Logo in the Theme. Because of the height of the logo I had to move down the navigation otherwise the logo would have overlapped the navi.
This helped, but in IE7 the logo is still overlapping the navi.
I tried several things with the ie7fix.css but couldn't move the Navi.
