greetings all

i am starting a new project and want to refresh how to set up its file structure - what’s the best info to put into the folder and filename fileds.

several years ago, i remember a forum contributor shared two best practices about how to do this. i’ve searched and read through several new and old forums, and have yet retrieved those articles.

could someone here point me to where i can find (and capture) what is regarded as best practice(s)? my wish is to combine simplicity and speed. in this process, i want to better understand what i see when i log into to my bluehost cpanel.

Hello to all,

This will be my first post here at the forum so please bear with me…I have searched for an answer to this question with no luck. It is prob. something very simple, but I am having issues with it so any help either software add-on or just something within the program I’m missing would be of great help.

So…How do I change the font settings in the set-up menu? I am currently building several different sites and am getting requests for variable fonts and sizes per page. Is this a setting I can override with html5, a background sizing thing, or is there any third party software that will allow me to make these changes with ease?

Thank you!!!

Hi all,

I am currently designing a website and am trying to figure out if it is possible to embed the login pane from a 3rd party website into my website. Let me explain a bit more.

I am an attorney and use a 3rd party online service for secure client communications, document exchange, billing and so on. This online service provides each of my clients with a unique login (username and password) to log in to their account, send me messages, upload documents, check their case calendars, and so on. What I would like to do is the following: I would like to have them be able to log into their accounts directly from my website, instead of having them go to the 3rd party website to log in.

I know that I could embed the entire login page into my site, but this would be awkward. So, I am looking for a way to embed just the login pane—- just the area where a client inputs his or her username and password.

I have no idea if this is possible—- or even advisable. Obviously, I need to keep the clients’ login information secure, so whatever solution I come up with must not undermine the 3rd party’s encryption, security precautions, and all of that.

Any thoughts or ideas would be great——even if your thought is simply that this cannot be done or cannot be done safely.

Thanks in advance. And thanks a lot.
