What Theme did you use?

Theme: D-Scribe 2 (http://www.ncdthemes.com)
Plugin: Stacks, Accordion, PlusKit, Rapidsearch, Rapidmaps.

What Theme did you use?

Very nice but I do find that the different colours for the header and background on your main navigation pages are quite bold and can get in the way of what is a very serious site.  Is there any way that these can be toned down or kept uniform? 

I would also look at the page numbering of all of your site an example:
