If you want to use a different page as a homepage, then Option+Click or Right Click on the desired page and select "make homepage." If you have done that but it's still not recognizing it, try to do File > Republish All Files.
If you've deleted from Stacks and it's still showing up, you need to go to File > Republish All files. There are other alternatives to that stack, Socializr is one. CosColture has some as well: http://www.cosculture.com/rapidweaver-stacks
