Yes there is, but it is dependant on what theme you are using and then depending on which one you mean Logo or Header image this may be done from either the page styles or by using custom CSS.

I just set up a List in Mail Chimp .. then go to "For Your Website" > "Sign Up Form Embed Code" from the drop down menu. You can then create and preview a Sign Up Form to embed into your webpage! Which links direct.
