• Thank you, I hope you can look at my site again, to solve the menu issue. Today I added some http caching in the .htaccess file. It doesn't affect the first loading, but will speed up the second time someone visits the side.

• to give another answer in this one man discussion But maybe it will help someone else. ReBlog from Joe Workman did the job. Same php trick as above and the reblog stack linked to the RSS feed. Now the blogcontent on the homepage is dynamic.
