Looking for a stack, help needed

I’m trying to build a front page that look like the image attached and have each of the rooms as a link to the corresponding page, can anyone help identify a stack that could make this happen.

Ideally i would love the have each room change colour or image when hoovered over before clicking and opening a new page.

Please help this would be amazing if it can be done in RW6, the rest of the pages are simple in appearance, just this from page needs to look right.
