I would like to create a vertical bar which contains links to the headings on a page and which is fixed (on the left or right edge but the other content of the page can scroll.

An example is: [https://www.fjfnotary.com](https://www.fjfnotary.com) (although not the design or layout). The logo and the About me, Services, FAQs, Contact and Legal remain fixed as the user scrolls up the page.

I would be grateful to know how to this with Elements.
