A2 Hosting moving to Chilldog hosting for FTP problems

I have been with A2 Hosting for 11 months and with RW for many years. I came to A2 from a site that recommended RW sites hosting at A2. I have been happy with A2 until 1 month ago when all of the sudden I could no longer upload my site using the RW FTP program. I have tried many times calling A2 hosting support, which the guys are really good, but can’t fix it. I know I could publish locally and then upload but I really do not want to do that, unless I have to.

For those Chillidog hosting users, are you having any upload issues with RW? I don’t want to move and then have the same problems. I use version 8.8.3 of RW

I’m using 8.8.3 and have about 15 sites with Chillidog. No upload issues here.

I’ve been with Chillidog for years with various versions of RW. No problems uploading with RW - other than the time I published to the wrong directory and deleted some critical systems files while trying to undo my error.

Greg at Chillidog rescued me though :slight_smile:
