dont know why all the settings the same all I altered was a couple of words. when I couldnt get it to work I erased all files form the host and republished but the file on the host remains empty. the other site on the same host works ok with all the same settings?? ---

after a simple alteration didnt work I erased everything from most and re published all but nothings is getting to the host..no settings were altered…..other site I have with same host works fine regarding publishing ---

Hi @Godber Are you getting any error message when trying to publish? Can you attach a screenshot showing the error if so? If you could send over your publishing logs that would also help. ive got it woking after getting in touch with my host….ive got 2 sites with them and all settings were the same and not had any problems. wierd tho that they said there was this path line I had to add which I done and it worked. But my other site doesnt have this path line added. also why now?? was ok 5 days ago. also before I added this line they told me I kept trying to of a re bibles all files then all of a sudden stuff stared appearing in the file manager on my host so really weird this is the line I had to add to path line in the publishing bit /customers/7/7/d/cgcejbod1/webroots/www ---

Ok, great to hear your web host was able to help get it sorted. Yeah, getting the path correct can be a struggles sometimes. That path you have there looks interesting. 😄 Happy it’s working though, let us know if you encounter any other troubles. ---

never put anything in the path field so really strange that this got it working….I do think tho that my 2 sites are on different servers cos I remember way back they upgraded to different ones….but I wont be adding that line to my other site….if it aint broke !!! thanks for responding so quick ---

was working ok now after update I cant do an alterations and publish again
