# Alternatives to Photo Pro?

I was all set tonight to buy Photo Pro for creating photo galleries…then a popup message advised that Nick Cates stopped producing the stack. I wanted it for one important feature: creating a collection of images sorted by topic.

Thus my question: Is there any stack available for sale that offers a similar feature set to that of Photo Pro? If so, please provide a link if possible.

The Photo Pro stack is actively maintained by Joe Workman, who took over many of Nick Cates’ stacks. So there’s no reason not to buy it.

That’s very good news, and thanks for the heads-up.

I purchased Nick Cates’ Photo stack in 2017. So…am I correct in assuming that the Photo Pro stack is a stand-alone product and not eligible for upgrade pricing from Photo to Photo Pro?

Either way, I am glad that Photo Pro is still available!

Joe offers upgrade pricing for owners of Photo at 39.95. You will need your previous purchase e-mail to purchase the upgrade. I recommend you to check on Joe‘s site.
