When I ‘copy support logs’ and try pasting into an email or other application, the app crashes. Happens every time and so far has crashed Pages, Word and Notes - any thoughts on this? Are my logs that big? ---

The logs are usually very big. You could try Textedit.app ---

🙂 yeah - my last one ran to 128 meg - Phew! The free version of TextWrangler - [http://www.barebones.com/products/textwrangler/](http://www.barebones.com/products/textwrangler/) - does the job nicely ---

same problem with the app crashing when trying to assist Realmac so I have given up trying…
