# Are RW closing FTP closing multiple connections after uploading?

I’m having [the same issue](http://forums.realmacsoftware.com/t/resource-link-error-and-ftp-errors/33309) with RW. I’ve been having a conversation with my host’s tech support and after a few hours of checking their response was:

> It’s quite possible the connections weren’t closing properly hence the kick out

This does not happen with Transmit
