Hi Guys,

I have a question…

You mentioned in your podcast e27 that one of things you don’t like are large websites that load slow. You said you can’t understand how a site can be more than 10mb. I really struggle to get anything under 20mb.

I just did a basic RW test site with 4 pages, added a bit of text with a couple of small images and a couple of animations using Animagic. I tested using a few themes to see what each comes in at.

Natural theme by Weaver Themes using the themes built in banners comes in a 21.2mb  
Tesla Pro theme by Elixir using the themes built in banners comes in at a whopping 45.3mb  
Kinfolk by Michael David Design using the themes built in banners comes in at 15.6mb

I get the file size by exporting the site and then clicking the info to get the size.

How do you get a site under 10mb??

Look forward to your thoughts and advise.
