In RWC the background stack I used had the capability of adding an overlay. It was a nice feature that allowed me to slightly darken the image behind it. Will an overlay option be added to this component or is there a workaround?

With ‘container’ element you can add also the overlay

Right but does the container work in the same way as a background? With the background it looks like the page kind of “opens up” to reveal a background as you scroll down and come upon the background.

Just place a Container inside the background, and then set a transparent colour on that 😉

Once you get used to Elements you’ll find you can combine all sort of components to do things you want, we’ve built it to be much more flexible than Classic 💪

Hey Dan. I tried that but somehow it’s not previewing properly. This is what I get in Elements vs. what shows up in preview.

Ah I had “dark mode” toggled on. It was showing me dark mode in Elements and then when I previewed it showed light mode. I fixed it.
