Definitely not a serious or urgent thing - but has anyone noticed an increase in the past few days in the number of users’/posters’ avatars which display with a Broken Graphic’ icon instead - presumably - of what they intend?

In case it’s of any use at all, this may be a phenomenon dependent on the [Discourse forum software](https://www.discourse.org): I have just noticed the same thing with the [OmniGroup forum pages](https://discourse.omnigroup.com).
