# Button bug

I have a button that says Get a Free Estimate. When you add a link to the button it automatically changes the button text from center to left aligned.

I think it might be a good idea to attach the project and someone will come back to you and dont forget to add your @name you’re wanting help from otherwise you might wait a very long time.

It certainly shouldn’t left align, can you share the project via Element Cloud so we can take a look for you?

Edit: Just had a thought… Don’t link the text in the button, link the button itself from the Inspector. That should fix it for you.

It changes when I link the button itself. Here is the file: elementsapp://downloadDocument/InGw9qpBhiT4

It is in the home page. There are 2 buttons. They change to left aligned on mobile.

Try and put the code below in the advanced section of the button

```auto
text-center

```

I think the button wraps text if no room, then the left center right align does not work, you have to provide width as well, bigger than the the text,going from memory here

Normal text does not behave like this

might be wrong will have to test when I am on my Mac when I have time

it all works if you set the link on the text, not on the button,

That fixed it.
