I am probably asking a number of stupid questions here, but please bear with me.

I want to build a site that is primarily focused on a few hundred articles (let’s call them posts) that are designed to be read sequentially. Can I allow users to setup a simple account, including name, email address and password that would allow them to logon and be served with the next post in the sequence, having read previous posts and pressed a button on each to say “completed”? I’m confident Elements CMS can deliver the posts functionality - it is the user account side that I’m most unsure about. How and where would user data be stored and can i wrap a little security around setting up user accounts using CAPCHA or something similar?

Thanks very much.

maybe each article is a “product” in a storefront, and the next product is not available until the previous one has been “bought”. i think sitelock from vibralogic would track your users….
