Check spelling while typing not functioning on RW blog page

Upgraded to 8.1.2 today and my first activity afterwards was to write a blog on the native RW blog page. It soon became apparent that the Check Spelling While Typing wasn’t functioning. I’ve confirmed that the relevant option is selected.

I can, however, check the text with Show Spelling and Grammar. Check while typing is working on other pages and in other applications.

Could someone else check this out so I confirm that it’s not just me ?
