# Cleaned out the server - deleted too much - lost CMS key

Deleted the CMS license somehow… emailed into support

Careful what you delete - I deleted RW folder and Files folder and old webpages and resources… left the cms and Vibralogix folders

I’m not certain - but think it was in files folder…

If you purchased the CMS recently via Fastspring you can retrieve your license key here: [FastSpring Checkout](https://elements.onfastspring.com/account/)

If you purchased when we originally launched the CMS, and purchased via Creem you can retrieve your license key here: [Creem](https://www.creem.io/my-orders/login)

You should also have a copy of the license number in your email.

Let me know if you still can’t locate it and we’ll do a manual lookup for you.
