Hi everyone,

I just bought the CMS and watched the video setup.

When I created the page, added the online editor, published it, and checked it on the web, it was blank.

I followed the troubleshooting page and called my web host, who confirmed that I have PHP 8.5 installed with all the required extensions. My website has .php all over, so I guess it’s not that. But I am out of my wits.

I deleted everything in the root directory and republished all the files several times, but the page is still blank. I can’t get past the initial setup.

The only thing I am a bit confused about is that when I created that new page and named it dashboard, it created an index.php page, but the extension is dashboard. I don’t know if this is how it needs to be.

Does anyone know what else could be the culprit?

Thanks

When you created that page, did you make sure it was index.php and not the default index.html in the Inspector?

I’m not sure what you mean by “the extension is dashboard.” The extension has to be .PHP. Take a screen shot of your page, in particular the Inspector settings for the page.

Hi @tati, could you share the URL to the page, so we can take a look?

Seems to be an issue with your Google Tag, like it’s not added to the page head section correctly or it’s not set up correctly.

And then some other error about “preact” I’m not sure about.

Do you really need

```auto
<!-- Event snippet for Website sale conversion page -->
  <script>
  gtag('event', 'conversion',
```

on the Dashboard page? Seems you wouldn’t need to track conversions on that page as it’s just for your admin Dashboard and normal web visitors shouldn’t be accessing it…

Thank you so much, Daniel !

The issue was the Google Tag Manager.

It works fine now; I would never have guessed it was that.

Have a great week
